The Record Power BDS250 10" x 6" Belt & Disc Sander is heavy duty and has more than enough power to handle the demands of sanding as well as more delicate and precise work. There is a solid cast iron table that provides support to the workpiece and stalling under pressure is avoided thanks to the 1hp motor. There is a re-positionable belt so that large end grain pieces can be fitted into an upright position for ease of working. Curved sanding is possible thanks to the open belt end.
